"Goodness is the only investment that never fails." - Henry David Thoreau

People always invest in things that aren't good for them or don't really matter. They waste their time, money, and effort to get the materialistic things they don't need, But they never think about important things like being, kind, responsible, helpful to others etc. Those are the investments that really matter in life. Not Money, or Power, all that is nothing compared to being good.

Character Is Higher Than Intellect.” -  Ralph Waldo Emerson
The way you live your life and the choices you make are more important than how smart you are. When you have no regrets, it is easy to think clearly. Having knowledge is a key to life but sometimes just having knowledge can’t be good. Let me put it this way, having knowledge and character is like yin and yang. In order to have life you have to have the good and bad. Just having one can cause destruction but having both makes everything balanced. Having knowledge but also having character will make us and our lives balanced.

"They're only truly great who are truly good." - George Chapman

What makes a person great is their character. Many think they're great just because they've accomplished something others haven't. You become great only if you do good, not by doing wrong.
“I trust that my hard work will pay off.” - Tyler Haws

Getting things you want isn’t really easy. You must work hard in order to get it. Nothing in life can be just handed to you unless you work for it. Whether you want to get into a sports team, become an actress or have the job of your dreams, getting a new phone or good grades in your classes. You have to work hard for it because there’s so many other people who would want to become something or someone in this big world but you must work for it harder than anyone else in order to get it.
